Krupacharya

Krupacharya, son of Sharadvan, was the royal teacher of the Kuru princes alongside Drona. Known for his impartiality, he instructed both Pandavas and Kauravas equally. Unlike many warriors, he survived the Kurukshetra War and was later appointed regent and teacher to Parikshit, Arjuna’s grandson. A warrior of great skill, Kripa fought on the Kaurava side but retained respect from both camps due to his noble conduct. He represents moderation, wisdom, and the continuity of dharma after the destruction of war. His survival ensured the transmission of martial traditions into the next age.
