Pradyumna

Pradyumna, son of Krishna and Rukmini, was the incarnation of Kama, the god of love. Abducted as an infant by the asura Shambara, he was raised in secret but eventually killed his captor upon reaching youth. Pradyumna grew into a heroic warrior, second only to Krishna among the Yadavas. He fought bravely in the Kurukshetra War for the Pandavas and later played a role in many Yadava exploits. Pradyumna’s legacy is that of courage, charm, and tragic destiny, as he perished in the Yadava fratricidal war during the Mausala Parva.
