Yuyutsu, son of Dhritarashtra by a Vaishya woman, stood apart from his Kaurava brothers. Unlike them, he was guided by righteousness and chose to side with the Pandavas before the war, despite familial ties. Known for his honesty and moral courage, Yuyutsu survived the Kurukshetra War, one of the few warriors left alive. His role, though not large in martial deeds, was symbolically significant as an example of dharma transcending blood loyalty. After the war, he helped rule Hastinapura alongside the Pandavas.
