Bhagadatta

Bhagadatta, king of Pragjyotisha (Assam region), was a great elephant warrior and staunch ally of the Kauravas. A seasoned fighter, he was renowned for his control over his war elephant, Supratika, which wreaked havoc on the battlefield. He fought valiantly against the Pandavas, particularly Bhima and Arjuna. Ultimately, Bhagadatta was slain by Arjuna with the help of the Indra-shastra. His fall demonstrated the inevitability of dharma triumphing over even the most formidable allies of adharma.
